Torqx Capital Partners further expands carwash initiative with acquisition of Wasdas

After the acquisition of Autowas H2O, Bubbles Carwash and XXL The Hague by Torqx Capital Partners (“Torqx”), the carwash initiative further expands to the North and East of the Netherlands with the acquisition of Wasdas. Wasdas consists of four premium carwash-facilities located in Drachten, Veendam, Emmen and Hardenberg and is known for its high quality carwashes and premium customer experience. The founders of Wasdas, Daniël, Barry and Jamila, join forces with Torqx to further expand the group regionally.

Hein Castelijns, Managing Director of the carwash group, is looking forward to further developing the four locations with the Wasdas team: “We are very excited about the partnership.
