Direct Distribution joins Power Distribution Group (PDG)
Powersports Distribution Group (PDG) is proud to announce that together with Hoco Parts Group (part of PDG), it has concluded the purchase of all assets of Direct Distribution in the UK. Direct Distribution is a well-known and established UK based wholesale distributor of motorcycle parts and accessories. Direct Distribution will further strengthen the position of Hoco Parts UK as the National Distributor of premium motorcycle parts and accessories in the UK market.

Direct Distribution follows four previous acquisitions in the UK. In 2019 Powersports Distribution Group and Hoco Parts Group acquired Bradbury Brothers and Rob Hunter, followed by the acquisition of Neo Distribution in 2020 and the acquisition of B&C express in 2021. The combined company is trading as Hoco Parts UK.
This next step further strengthens Hoco Parts UK as the most trusted B2B wholesale partner to its dealers and suppliers. The complete and comprehensive portfolio of products and services will be offered from 3 offices, Shipley, Lincoln and the main headquarter of Hoco Parts UK in Huddersfield.
